Our client is seeking a talented Associate, Data Analytics, to support the delivery of data-driven insights and analytics across Wealth Management Europe. Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics, this role focuses on creating interactive dashboards, enhancing data infrastructure, and providing tailored analytics to support business decisions. With approximately 80% of the role dedicated to dashboard design and analytics delivery and 20% to infrastructure design and database maintenance, this position is ideal for a motivated professional eager to make a meaningful impact. Click here to read more Job Duties: Design and update interactive Tableau dashboards for business users, adhering to design standards and security protocols. Enhance the Data Analytics infrastructure to deliver efficient, data-driven solutions aligned with business needs. Identify and recommend new data points for inclusion in the data repository, working closely with core platforms. Organise large disparate data sets to support multiple functions, tailoring outputs for specific audiences. Monitor inbound requests, triage where possible, and support team KPI reporting and administration. Research business problems and reporting needs, designing self-service dashboards with drill-down functionality. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and enhance data literacy across the organisation. Analyse and recommend improvements to business practices, focusing on automation, efficiency, and risk reduction. Job Requirements: Proven experience with MS SQL Server. Strong understanding of relational database principles and design. Proficiency in SQL query development. Familiarity with data visualisation tools. Knowledge of Tableau. Experience with JIRA.
