We are seeking a qualified and ambitious senior accounting professional with considerable practical private capital funds experience to join our reputable and dynamic client as an Associate Director, to oversee and ensure that the provision of accounting services are aligned with client SLAs. You will be responsible for the on-boarding of new clients, along with the ongoing accounting of private capital funds, ensuring that they are fully compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, fund documentation and all relevant accounting standards. Excellent technical accounting and financial services knowledge is essential with a commitment to providing first class client service. Applicants must have excellent working knowledge of fund accounting practices and standards, particularly IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP and a strong understanding of various types of private equity transactions. Excellent managerial, interpersonal and communication skills are required along with the ability to delegate and manage workloads and to meet all deadlines.
