Our client has a new opportunity for a Company Secretary, on a temporary full or part-time basis for a period of 2-3 months. You will assist with our client's Corporate Services team in Guernsey. As a contractor, you will provide Company Secretary services to key Channel Island client entities, offering regulatory governance, guidance and support. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 2 years of previous Company Secretarial experience and good knowledge of Fund structures.
