Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing strategy, driving online traffic, sales growth, and increasing brand awareness across three island markets. This full-time role involves managing multi-channel campaigns, day-to-day website management, and optimising customer journeys. You will collaborate with marketing teams, manage digital agencies, and provide insights through data analysis. Job Duties: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business and commercial objectives. Manage three consumer websites, including creating and maintaining pages, handling website development tasks, and optimising customer journeys. Oversee the management and optimisation of paid and organic digital channels. Collaborate with marketing managers to execute campaigns across digital channels. Provide expertise on wider business digital projects. Manage digital agencies, including retainers, performance reviews, and day-to-day activities. Analyse performance data and propose changes to relevant stakeholders. Communicate web and digital performance regularly with wider teams. Ensure compliance with Data Protection Law and company policies on security and safety. Job Requirements: Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, channels, and best practices. Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills. Good time management and prioritisation skills. Ability to create digital reports and provide insights and recommendations. Proven track record in digital marketing, measurement, and development. Highly developed organisational skills with examples of project management. Experience in digital copywriting - desirable. UI and UX experience - desirable. SEO and SEM knowledge and expertise - desirable. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Dynamics 365, Jira - desirable. Experience in the telecoms sector - desirable. Experience managing third parties/suppliers - desirable.
