Purpose of the role:

The role will support the Head of PCS Accounting in the delivery of accounting services for our client company. This will involve ongoing support, process improvement and strategic projects for the existing portfolio of accounting work as well as active involvement in any future M&A related accounting integration projects

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide senior level leadership in respect of Client Accounting services and to implement and manage effective delivery of all Client Accounting Services to a high standard within agreed timeline.
• To lead the service delivery for our largest client accounting engagements, through working collaboratively with the cross jurisdictional service delivery team and the client to facilitate optimal client service delivery.
• To review existing accounting and related operational activities for operational effectiveness and efficiency. Where improvements are required to work with all relevant stakeholders to design and fully implement solutions, which need to be supported by operational guidance and training prior to implementation.

Skills required:

• Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years PQE.
• Proven operational experience in a multi-jurisdictional financial services organisation.
• Hands-on project management experience of delivering projects across a global network within a commercial environment.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
