Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Examiner to join their Registry Supervision team. This role involves conducting thorough examinations of Jersey entities to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, contributing to the fight against financial crime. Reporting to the Examination Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering the Registry Supervision Inspection programme and providing actionable insights to enhance registry processes and regulatory oversight. Click here to read more Job Duties: Lead and conduct examinations of Jersey entities to assess compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Analyse data trends, produce reports, and identify potential issues to improve registry processes. Deliver the Registry Supervision Inspection programme, ensuring adherence to procedures, service level agreements, and standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the inspection process to provide a high-quality experience. Identify and prepare prosecution cases for referral to the Attorney General for non-compliance. Plan and conduct inspections, including file reviews, documentation checks, interviews, and meetings, and report findings. Collaborate on initiatives to enhance registry efficiency and effectiveness, driving innovation within the team. Job Requirements: Prior experience in the Financial Services industry. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage workload and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
