Contract Duration: 3 Months (Dec 2024 Feb 2025)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Support Officer to join a dynamic team. This role will support the Finance team with key receivables and payables functions, including billing, cash management, and vendor invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process fee runs, invoices, credit memos, and refunds within required timeframes.
- Assist with daily banking tasks and allocate debtor receipts to support month-end reporting.
- Process Registry transactions and reconciliations for accurate, timely month-end reporting.
- Manage the Finance and Registry mailbox to ensure excellent service delivery to clients.
- Support the finance department with additional administrative tasks as needed.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive attitude. Prior experience in finance administration or billing is a plus.
