Purpose of the role:

You'llcontributeto the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and provide the second line oversight and assurance over the companies system of governance, risk management and internal control.

Responsibilities:

• Drive an effective risk culture across the organisation, contributing to risk education, training,awareness, and guidance
• Perform risk assurance testing in accordance with agreed, risk-based plans
• Conduct deep-dive reviews and investigations into specific risks and issues

Skilled Required:

• Support colleagues in the 1st line of defence whilst maintaining the independence, integrityand objectivity required of the 2nd line of defence
• Participate in committees and working groups and provide input from a risk and controlperspective including sharing best practice
• Proactively identify new and emerging risks and themes and ensure appropriate managementRisk Analysis and Reporting
