Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Insurance professional to lead a busy pan-island claims team and ensure excellent levels of customer service!  You will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain for all claims, managing your team and setting up best practices and goals to track and improve service.  As a senior member of the organisation you will represent the company in external relationship with other teams, suppliers and brokers, and will be involved in both looking at performance data to spot risks, trends and opportunities for improvement, and in leading the long term strategy of the team.  Candidates should hold a relevant professional qualification, and will need a good understanding of insurance, especially claims management.  You will need proven leadership and management skills, excellent people skills, and a friendly professional approach.  This is a great opportunity to be part of a company that values continuous improvement and innovation, and will give the successful applicant great career growth and development.  We have new opportunities every day, sometimes every hour!
