Purpose of the role:

Work with the wider Customer Relations Team to enhance the member experience for our book of clients, ensuring that plan members receive a premium service when taking benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Review and oversight of team and all associated distribution, transfer, loan and pension payment requests.
• Oversight and mitigation of all risks within theteam.
• Maintain and develop relationships with UHNW and HNW individuals with a focus on retention of key clients through enhanced member experience.

Skills required:

• Experience in people management.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
