Our client is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and drive strategic projects, operational changes, and digital platform integrations within the financial services sector. In this role, you will utilise advanced project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement to align initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless project delivery. You will play a key role in the integration of digital platforms and operational changes, all while mentoring teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Job Duties: Spearhead the introduction and integration of new digital platforms, including document management systems, onboarding solutions, payment platforms, CRM systems, and emerging technologies, to support strategic ambitions. Lead operational change initiatives, particularly with core administration platforms such as Viewpoint, BankClarity, Allvue, ensuring alignment with the companys organisational goals. Mentor and guide project teams in enhancing project management competencies, including agile delivery, resource planning, and effective change control. Develop and maintain essential project documentation, such as user guides, updates to Group Policy and Procedures, and other critical project deliverables. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, maintaining an updated RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) log to ensure successful project outcomes. Maintain comprehensive project records, including initiation documents, action plans, risk logs, and stakeholder communication plans. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, align project objectives with broader business strategies, and ensure consistent communication and collaboration. Job Requirements: Extensive experience in leading project management teams within the finance or professional services industry at a senior level. A digitally savvy individual with a commitment to continuous learning, skilled in leveraging technology to improve work processes and drive efficiencies. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all organisational levels. Proven experience in managing end-to-end implementation of digital systems and platforms, from concept to go-live, with a track record of successful project delivery. Advanced proficiency in change and project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile frameworks. Exceptional IT skills, including expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and familiarity with other analytics and management information tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Superior organisational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of prioritising tasks and delivering results under tight deadlines. A proactive, methodical, and results-driven approach with a strong can-do attitude.
