Registry Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic Registry Operations team within the financial services sector. This position, offers hands-on experience in data management, compliance, and client interactions within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of outcomes aimed at maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist a diverse range of clients, including authorised persons, regulated entities, lawyers, and the general public, with inquiries related to registry services while providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain registry databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on registry-related matters.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline operations.
- Collaborate closely with IT and senior team members to support system upgrades and initiatives focused on data integrity.
- Perform background checks and vetting processes on individuals and entities to assess risk levels and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
