As a Senior Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of the various clients within your portfolio, which may include client onboarding, establishment of charitable trusts, company incorporation, processing of transactions and all day-to-day corporate secretarial administration through the life cycle of an SPV to its dissolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and hold or be studying towards an appropriate professional qualification.
