Our client is seeking a Standing Data Support Officer to join their Business Implementation team on a permanent basis. The team is responsible for the operational aspects of client onboarding and offboarding, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to a strong risk control framework. This role focuses on standing data activities, including account opening, maintenance, and closure, within a transforming and digitalising business line. Click here to read more Job Duties: Input, review, and validate data related to securities and cash account processes in line with group and local policies. Act as a subject matter expert on standing data topics, including account openings, amendments, closures, and enquiries. Maintain accurate and complete records of arrangements and data changes. Support initial outsource processes and oversee key functions outsourced to centralised service hubs. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risks. Assist in documenting processes and procedures. Provide project support for departmental initiatives and efficiencies. Adhere to compliance, credit, operational, and key control processes, ensuring regulatory requirements are met. Provide ad hoc support to other areas within Business Implementation as needed. Job Requirements: Proven experience in a similar environment. Minimum of five years experience in a securities environment. Knowledge of global financial markets. Strong communication skills via email and telephone. Comprehensive understanding of operational systems, processes, and procedures. Understanding of global custody.
