Purpose of the role:

In this role in the growing Operations team, you will be supporting the Tax Associate Director in managing our international tax risk and tax reporting. Your primary role will be to work closely with the Associate Director on preparing annual AEOI reporting and supporting the wider business in maintaining tax records.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Associate Director in preparing the annual FATCA/CRS reporting for the business
• Manage tax records, in particular for FATCA/CRS and Economic Substance
• Deliver FATCA/CRS compliance support to various Financial Institutions

About you:

• Practical basic knowledge of corporate, fund and trust structures
• Demonstrable basic practical knowledge of FATCA/CRS rules, as well as basic understanding of economic substance and general international tax compliance processes
• Appreciation for the importance of details and deadlines
