Our clients' Governance Services team is looking to hire a Trainee Administrator.
You will be responsible for assisting the team on an ongoing basis as they manage a portfolio of corporate clients. Administrative tasks, scanning documents, data entry, preparation for statutory and regulatory filings, payment instructions, and client due diligence and compliance checks.
The ability to work independently, as well as strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, as well as an optimistic attitude, a will to succeed, and time management abilities are essential.
