A 20-year-old man has pleaded guilty to seven drugs-related charges, including importing THC and intending to supply ecstasy.
Fabio Andre Gerlado Gomes (20) appeared in the Royal Court on Friday.
He admitted importing cannabis resin on or before 23 July 2020, cannabis between 1 February 2021 and 26 March 2021; tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on or before 25 March 2021, and cannabis on or before 5 July 2021.
He also pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing the synthetic cannabinoid MDMB-4en-PINCA at a property in St. Helier on 28 July, supplying cannabis between 26 March 2020 and 29 July 2020, and possessing with intent to supply ecstasy (MDMA) on 28 July 2020.
Gomes was bailed until 17 December, when he will be sentenced by the Inferior Number of the Royal Court.
