A 26-year-old man has been charged with preparing an act of terrorism and having indecent images of children.
Daniel Michael McMillan appeared in the Magistrate’s Court on Friday, where he faced two counts of preparing an act of terrorism, both relating to 3 January this year, and four counts relating to possessing indecent images of children between August 2018 and June 2019.
On Friday, a bail application was refused and McMillan was remanded in custody at HMP La Moye.
He will appear in the Royal Court on 2 June, when the charges will be formally presented there.
