A 29-year-old man will face trial in Magistrate's Court in July for a grave and criminal assault he allegedly committed on a woman in the early hours of 25 June.
It's alleged the assault took place in the early hours of Sunday in St. Saviour.
The defendant pleaded not guilty and has been remanded in custody by Magistrate Peter Harris, and will be facing a trial in Magistrate's Court on 11 July.
