Jersey Police have arrested five men, and seized £500,000 worth of cannabis and a substantial amount of cash.
A police spokesman says "following an intelligence led operation, yesterday [Thursday] evening five males were arrested for Drug Trafficking offences where an estimated 30 kilos of cannabis with an approximate street value of £ 500,000 was recovered."
They also recovered approximately £ 35,000 in cash.
The men are in police custody whilst enquiries are progressing. More details are expected to be released later today.
