From French film showings to Lunar New Year celebrations and half-term fun, this week is full of cultural excitements.
Every weekend, Express presents a selection of exhibitions, performances, workshops, events and other historic, creative and delicious content to help islanders get their weekly dose of culture.
Here's this week's offering...
French film, En roue libre, is being screened tonight at the Jersey Museum.
En roue libre follows the story of Louise, who one morning finds herself trapped in her own car, overcome by a panic attack as soon as she tries to get out, and Paul, who steals the car and kidnaps her in the process. The two of them then embark on a road trip.
The film lasts an hour and has English subtitles.

Lunar New Year
There’s a whole host of events taking place this weekend and next week to mark the Lunar New Year celebrations.
On Saturday, a group of eight performers will be in town to mark the start of the festival.
Their demonstrations will include dragon dancing, lion dancing, tai chi and kung fu.
There will also be a tai chi workshop and a kung fu workshop at 13:15 by The Royal Square tomorrow.
Sunday will see the Central Market transformed to welcome in the New Year with vibrant cultural performances from visiting dancers, tasty local eats from pop-up food stalls, and artisan products from island vendors.
There will be an eye-dotting ceremony at midday, followed by animated dance performances.
French Lane, by the Market entrance, will be filled with pop-up food stalls and the Market will be open until 16:00 with food, local products, free kids' activities and face painting.

Six: Teen Edition
This weekend sees the Theatre Workshop take to the stage a the Jersey Arts Centre to produce its rendition of the musical ‘Six’.
The show has had enormous success on the West End and elsewhere and this is your chance to see the production here in Jersey whilst also supporting local actors.
The Theatre Workshop's production is full-length and modified for performance by teen actors for family audiences.
The show will feature an all female band and runs for 75 minutes with tickets costing £25 each, with a £5 concession for seniors and students.
Shows are at 19:30 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night, with an additional 14:30 matinee on Sunday.

In a new five-week course at the Harbour Gallery, islanders can learn a range of appliqué techniques.
Attendees will produce their own final piece in felt and stitch which could be a cushion cover, a decorative panel, or a wall hanging.
No previous stitch experience is necessary, and all materials are provided – including tea and cake!
The sessions take place every Wednesday from 21 February, from 13:30 to 15:30.

The 'Dreaming Tree's park illuminations event is set to return to the island from 10 February to 17 February.
From 18:00-21:00 each evening, the trees at Howard Davis Park will be transformed by a colourful light show.
"The project provides an opportunity to learn more about Jersey’s trees and the scientific research that shows how trees communicate, share resources and react to the world around them using underground connections known as the ‘wood wide web’," according to the Government.
As well as the lights, a bespoke soundscape has also been created to accompany the event.

The Channel Islands Contemporary Art Show continues this week, showcasing artists from Jersey and Guernsey alongside practitioners from around the world.
Their work is being exhibited at Capital House until 25 February through a partnership between ArtHouse Jersey, Art for Guernsey and Les Champs Libres in Rennes.
The exhibition aims to explore the inspiration that the Channel Islands have offered to artists through history, particularly from the late 19th century to the mid-20th century and one that reflects the more complex social realities of the islands today.
The work will be showcased first at ArtHouse Jersey at Capital House between 19 January and 25 February followed by a month-long exhibition at Art for Guernsey in St Peter Port opening on Thursday 7 March.
To mark half-term between the 12th and the 16th February, Jersey Heritage are running a series of Pirate themed events at the Maritime Museum.
Attendees can hear thrilling stories from the high seas, meet the ships scribe, learn about life aboard a pirate ship and have a go at coin striking.
There will also be fun pirate fact trails, arts and crafts activities and the opportunity to take part in the battle!
