A CBD shop in town has welcomed the return of some of its products amid an "ongoing" Customs investigation that saw them taken away for testing four months ago.
In February, Bailiwick Botanicals confirmed that Jersey Customs was "currently undertaking additional testing" on a range of its products.
The news came shortly after officers were seen entering the shop and taking some stock away.
Bailiwick Botanicals' Guernsey store, which stocks many of the same products, did not have any products seized, but Bailiwick Law Enforcement officers did issue "words of advice" to staff following the action taken in Jersey.
The CBD product store said it was "thrilled to announce that more products have been returned" last week, describing the move as a "positive step" while Customs' investigations continued.

The statement added that: "While Bailiwick Botanicals awaits the return of the remaining products, the company wants to assure its customers that their well-being and trust are of utmost importance.
"Bailiwick Botanicals is dedicated to transparency and will keep customers informed of any further developments and is confident that the results will confirm their adherence to all local laws."

Among the items seized were 'Mule CBD gummies' and 'Dr Greenlove lollipops'.
Rebecca Tucker of Bailiwick Botanicals said the team anticipated "resuming the sale of the remaining tested products shortly" and apologised to customers for any "inconvenience" during the period.
A spokesperson for Jersey Customs told Express that the investigation opened four months ago is still "ongoing".
