Looking for a treat to bake this weekend or for some inspiration ahead of Jersey’s Greatest Coffee Morning? Then you’re in luck... This week, we bring you an a-peel-ing cake loaf and some crumbelievable biscuits.
The recipes have been shared by Marie Cartwright and Sheila Chown, who are both volunteers for Macmillan Cancer Support Jersey ahead of Jersey’s Greatest Coffee Morning next week.
As local businesses and community groups prepare to bake up a storm for the event to help raise funds for the charity which provides emotional, practical and wellbeing support to anyone in Jersey affected by cancer, the Macmillan volunteers have shared their favourite recipes in the hope to inspire others to get baking.
