A top Scrutineer has raised concerns about the lack of medical expertise left in the Health Department after the Chief Officer and Medical Director both announced that they would be stepping down from their roles this week.
It was yesterday confirmed that Patrick Armstrong will depart from his role as Medical Director in January to focus full-time on clinical duties.
