Police are appealing for information after a disused convent was hit by an overnight theft.
St Matthew’s Convent, a St Mary building left empty for years, was targeted between Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 January.
During the break and entry, two Makita brand batteries – largely used for power tools – and a charger were taken from the Rue Bechervais site.
