A 38-year-old woman charged with causing death by dangerous driving is to face a Royal Court trial in June.
It’s alleged Rebekah Le Gal caused the death of three-year-old Clinton Pringle, in June last year.
Ms Le Gal has been given bail and will appear in the Royal Court again for the trial.
