A St Helier woodland managed by Jersey Trees for Life has received funding to catalogue all of its trees in an interactive online map.
Adelina Wood, near Motormall on Queen's Road, is the subject of a three-year deal between Jersey Trees for Life and financial services provider Accuro.
The online map is part of the charity's island-wide project to map every tree in its care.
The interactive maps will provide vital data in the form of coordinates and imagery of all existing and missing trees to aid future conservation and inform the community.

The funding will also help the charity maintain the woodland, as well as two custom-made barn owl boxes.
Adelina Wood's online map comes after an "extensive" project to map trees in Val de la Mare arboretum was announced by the charity earlier this summer.
Jersey Trees for Life CEO, Alex Morel, said: “We’re so pleased to have got this partnership with Accuro up and running.
“It’s already made a noticeable positive difference to the woodland and we’re excited about seeing the rest of the plan come to fruition over the next two to three years.”
Paul Douglas, Managing Director of Accuro’s Jersey office, added: “We are delighted to announce our three-year partnership with Jersey Trees for Life, a charity with whom our shared values and commitment to the environment will help make a tangible difference on the island.”
