Liberty Bus has just launched a public consultation allowing islanders to give their input ahead of the launch of the 2019 Summer timetable.
Islanders have until close of business on 27 January to share their views.
There will be two public meetings at Liberation Station, on 9 and 10 January from 12:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:00, to allow islanders to make their views known.
Members of LibertyBus management team will be present to answer questions while islanders will be able to view the proposed summer timetables and put forward suggestions to help improve the service.
The most recent consultation led to Liberty Bus trialing a direct route to Jersey Hospice in response to public comments. The company also introduced Sunday services in two parishes where there were previously none to answer public demand.
Kevin Hart, Director of LibertyBus, said that customer feedback was crucial when developing the new timetables. “Public opinion is vital in helping us shape the future of the bus service. Whilst it’s not always possible to incorporate all of the suggestions we receive we do take all of the feedback on-board and do what we can to meet our customer’s needs.”
