One of the stars of the Island’s newest amateur dramatic group will be playing dead this weekend and it will be up to the audience to try and guess whodunnit!
It’s the first time the Arts Centre has hosted a murder mystery night and this Saturday’s interpretation of “The Scottish Play” promises to be dead funny.
As well as tucking in to a three course meal the audience will get to journey through the theatre as sleuths, interrogating all the suspects and speaking to witnesses as they try to solve the crime.
The Event’s organiser Nick Carver said: “At Event by Design, we have been writing and performing Murder Mystery events at venues around the Island for over 12 years.
“People love the intrigue and interrogation involved with solving the crime; we always create intricate stories that keep people guessing at every twist and turn, while our large helpings of humour, superb actors and eccentric characters ensure that there are always plenty of laughs.
“Our shows are very interactive, so it will be a very different experience and, I’m sure, one that our guests will find absorbing, hilarious and exciting…and it includes dinner too, so it’s the perfect night out!"
Tickets are £30 and are available from the Box Office on 700444. The Arts Centre say spaces are limited and it would be “criminal” to miss out on the fun.
