A Tesla charger installed too high up, an obstructed view from an outdoor swimming pool, and solar panels that ruined the clean lines of a house have led to a Jersey-based architect to be suspended for two years.
In a recently published judgment, the Architects Registration Board found Jamie Falla had demonstrated unacceptable professional conduct in the construction of a property that was due to cost £2m to build, but went more than £9m over budget.
