Jersey's cricketers are heading for promotion if they can keep up their winning streak in the big International cricket tournament.
After a confident win against Guernsey on Wednesday, the hosts need another win against Nigeria today in the 2016 ICC World Cricket League Division Five tournament to move up to Division Four.
Jersey beat the Sarnians by seven wickets with 61 balls remaining at St Martin on Wednesday and will be batting against Nigeria there again today, the team who have only won one match in the tournament so far.
Guernsey are preparing to take on top of the table Oman at St Clement today and also need a win for Promotion to League 4 which will be played in Los Angeles later this year.
If both Channel Island teams win, the promotion places will be decided on how quickly the two teams have scored.
Tanzania are also playing Vanuatu at St Saviour today.
Third and fifth places will be decided after the play offs tomorrow.
The top two teams at the end of competition will be promoted to Division Four while the bottom two teams will be relegated to play in regional tournaments.
