Islanders have been decorating local postboxes with yarn ahead of Remembrance Day.
One of the creations, based at Miladi Farm, poignantly depicts a fallen soldier, with a trail of poppies flowing from his helmet.
Meanwhile, in St. Brelade, it appears that 'Knitting Banksy' has returned.
The postbox outside the Co-op at Red Houses – which previously played host to a touching Paddington and Corgi-filled tribute to Her Majesty, the late Queen Elizabeth II – now features a saluting soldier, horse and plane with the knitted caption 'Lest we forget'.

The group are sitting atop an array of vivid red and purple poppies. The latter are symbols of remembrance for animals that served and lost their lives during wartime.
This latest 'postbox cosy' street-art spree is actually part of an ongoing trend, with Remembrance Day toppers cropping up across the UK.
Indeed, the Miladi Farm topper shares a striking resemblance with a topper that has this week been drawing attention in South London, which was knitted in an effort to raise money for the British Legion.
