The lighthouse on top of the hill near St Clement Church was left out of action earlier this week, with a navigation warning in force to help ships during periods of darkness.
Mont Ubé Lighthouse works with La Greve d'Azette Lighthouse to guide vessels into the western approaches of St Helier Harbour.
Ports of Jersey confirmed earlier this week that the issue with the lighthouse was reported to Jersey Coastguard at 06:00 on Monday morning, and the team was investigating.
A spokesperson said: "In the meantime, there is a navigation warning in force which is broadcast regularly by Coastguard, and by the Vessel Traffic Services to all reporting vessels arriving and leaving during periods of darkness."
In an update provided this morning, Ports of Jersey said that the issue was fixed on Tuesday and there have been no navigational warnings issued since then.
