A 44-year-old man has been accused of maliciously damaging a cardiac monitor worth £3,800 at the General Hospital.
Paul Anthony Jeffroy was alleged to have committed malicious damage there on 25 March this year.
He entered no plea when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court this week.
He was asked to return to court the following week, on Tuesday 17 September.
In the meantime, Mr Jeffroy has been granted bail.
