A 55-year-old man accused of stabbing a shop worker in a Morrisons store has denied attempted murder.
Trevor Robert John Green also pleaded not guilty to a charge of grave and criminal assault, when he appeared in the Royal Court today.
Mr Green was arrested in November last year after an employee of the Morrisons branch at Castle Quay was stabbed multiple times and suffered serious injuries.
Mr Green will return to the Royal Court for a three-day trial by Jurats which is due to take place on 31 March next year.
He was remanded in custody.
