A 39-year-old man has admitted making over 200 indecent images of children.
Rene John Pirouet Travers pleaded ‘guilty’ to one charge of making indecent photographs of children under the age of 16 in the Royal Court on Friday, and is due to be sentenced in February.
Travers was charged with making 232 of the indecent photographs between 23 November 2014 and 1 June 2018.
He was represented by Advocate George Pearce, while Crown Advocate Matthew Maletroit appeared for the prosecution.

The Defence Advocate did make a bail application, but Royal Court Commissioner Sir Michael Birt and Jurats Pitman and Ramsden denied the request.
Travers was subsequently taken into custody until he comes back to Court to be sentenced on 22 February.
