A 25-year old man has been arrested after an collision on an electric scooter with a pedestrian earlier this week.
He was arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle whilst unfit through drink or drugs, failing to report a collision, and driving an unregistered motor vehicle on a road.
The collision with a female pedestrian apparently took place on Patier Road in St Saviour on Monday morning.
He also crashed into a wall, injuring his face. Police arrested him shortly after.
The woman was treated by paramedics but her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.
The man's e-scooter was seized, and he was released on bail while police inquiries continue.
