An 18-year-old man is due in court this morning charged with assaulting a 15-year-old boy on the Waterfront.
It's alleged that Rian Golding assaulted the boy on the evening of Sunday 5 February outside Cineworld.
Police say he was arrested in St Helier last night, and will appear before the Magistrate this morning.
He's been charged with Grave and Criminal assault.
