Man "exposed himself" to woman walking dog

Police are appealing for information after a man allegedly exposed himself to a woman walking her dog this morning in St Brelade.

The alleged incident occurred at around 09:00 on Tuesday 23 July in Pont Marquet Country Park, near to the Railway Walk.

In an appeal for information, police said that the man was approximately 5’8 tall and in his early 20s.

He was described as clean shaven with a few dark freckles, with dark wavy hair which was curly at the front.

The man was wearing a grey tracksuit top and grey tracksuit bottoms, with a white t-shirt and grey trainers.

Before the incident, the man had walked past the woman and they briefly exchanged some words.

Police said that he had an accent that was possibly Portuguese.
