A 41-year-old man has been found guilty of grave and criminal assault after attacking a man with a wooden bat.
Ryan Porter attacked his victim in a residential property on 27 August last year and left him with a serious head injury.
He denied grave and criminal assault and possessing an offensive weapon, but was found guilty following a two-day trial in the Royal Court this week.
Porter is due to be sentenced on 14 May.
