A man has been charged in the Royal Court with the murder of 46-year-old Colin Chevalier in town on Saturday.
The court convened in the Magistrate’s Court building under Bailiff Sir Michael Birt for the indictment of Darren Neil McCormack (35) on a single count of murder. He was remanded in custody until 16 June.
Police announced yesterday that charges would be brought against Mr McCormack, and said that a 35-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman who had been arrested were released on bail late last night.
