The tallest and largest International Finance Centre building could have a new café that will be open to the public, if plans are approved.
Plans for the Esplanade-based, seven-storey office building, IFC 2, were approved in June 2020.
However, the revised plans are requesting to convert the existing retail unit into a café with al fresco areas within the surrounding walkways of the building – following a review of modern work practices by the Jersey Development Company.
The café will be open to both office staff and the public.
