A meeting of the creditors of collapsed restaurant chain Nude Food is set to be held later this month.
Nude Food, founded by Lucy Morris and Jackson Lowe, operated Nude Food in town, Nude Beach at St Aubin which opened in 2018, and Nude Dunes which opened at La Pulente in June this year.
The high-profile hospitality business suddenly ceased trading last November, saying that "tireless" efforts to secure further investment into the business had been unsuccessful.
And Express revealed last week that the companies had been ordered to repay debts of around £60,000 – including nearly £20,000 in overdue ITIS contributions.
Creditors of Nude Food Beach Limited and Nude Food Dunes Limited are now due to meet to decide how to close the operations of the business, sell off assets, pay off its creditors, and distribute any remaining assets to the owners.
A statement of the affairs of both companies will be laid out at two meetings, where Adrian John Denis Rabet and Adrian Hyde of Begbies Traynor (Jersey) Limited will be proposed as joint liquidators of each company.
They, or anyone else nominated at the meeting, will be responsible for winding up the affairs and distributing the assets.
The meeting for Nude Food Beach Limited is set to be held at 09:50 on Wednesday 20 March at St Paul's Centre, and the meeting for Nude Food Dunes Limited at 10:35.
At 09:05 on the same day at St Paul's Centre, a meeting of the creditors of Lowe & Co Limited will also take place, with the same joint liquidators proposed.
