Brazilian Power Team grapplers returned from NAGA European Grappling Championships in Malaga with three medals and one Championship belt.
Andrew Toporis (pictured right) took home the championship belt after winning the no-gi expert division at middleweight.
He then took bronze in the next category, claiming two separate podium finishes.

Ben Wholstenholme took bronze in the intermediate no-gi category and put on a strong performance against some much more experienced European competitors in his first competitive outing as a grappler.

Michael Cañas took bronze in the expert category in gi and narrowly missed out on a podium spot in the no gi. Supported by Rayners Dry Cleaning, Refuel Jersey and the Jersey Sport Foundation, he said: "It was a great competition and a lot of fun to fly the flag for Jersey at such an event.
"The prep for this event was tough but it paid off and we all want to thank our sponsors along with our coaches and teammates at BPT Jersey for making it all possible".
It marks another successful tournament for BPT Jersey: competitors from the team recently shone in Rome and Manchester harvesting a series of medals.
They are now preparing for the British Championships in just a few weeks.
