The police are looking for a man who allegedly followed a 19-year-old woman and touched her on the hips in the early hours of Sunday morning along the St. Clement's Coast Road.
The man is described as being possibly in his 20's, approximately 5’5” tall and of skinny build.
The alleged incident took place sometime between 01:00 and 01:30 along La Grande Route de la Cote between the old Shakespeare Hotel and St. Clement's Parish Hall.
It is believed that the woman was walking home after a night out when she was touched on the hips from behind by a man. The Police say the man spoke to the woman about her phone and then left - she was unharmed, but said to be shocked.
The police are asking anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time to contact them on 612612 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
