A 21-year-old man accused of two sexual offences is due to face a Royal Court trial next year.
Appearing in the Royal Court yesterday (Friday 12 July), Aaron Perez pleaded not guilty to one count of rape and one of sexual touching without consent.
A four-day jury trial has been set starting on 20 January 2025. Mr Perez has been remanded on bail.
The Deputy Bailiff, Sir Robert MacRae, was presiding.
The Jurats sitting were Steven Austin-Vautier and David Gareth Hughes.
