Newcomer Hugh Raymond has been elected as the new Deputy for Trinity.
He takes over from Deputy Anne Pryke who decided not to stand again.
It was a two-way fight for the place. Raymond had 956 votes, more than four times the amount his competitor, David Richardson, polled with 210.
Jurat Pamela Pitman announced the result just before 21:30. The percentage turnout for the Deputies election was 54.9%, with 1,176 valid votes and 17 spoilt papers.
Trinity parishioners didn't get to elect a Constable as Philip Le Sueur was re-elected unopposed.
