Islanders aged five and over are being invited from tomorrow to get any dose of their covid-19 vaccine at selected parish halls around the island as covid cases continue to rise.
Islanders will also be able to ask healthcare staff any questions they may have about the vaccine at the 'Rock-Up' clinics.
Parish Halls that will be running these rock-up sessions include:
St. Helier - Saturday 2 July, 08:30-15:30
St. Peter - Tuesday 5 July, 11:30-18:30
St. John - Wednesday 6 July, 11:30-18:30
St. Saviour - Thursday 7 July, 11:30-18:30
Grouville - Friday 8 July, 11:30-18:30
St. Helier - Saturday 9 July, 08:30-15:30
The Vaccination Centre at Fort Regent is still available for islanders to receive a vaccine, however.
The locations and timings are aimed at making the clinics more accessible for school-age children, particularly for those aged between five to 11 who are eligible for their second doses providing 12 weeks have passed since their first dose.
This follows the latest advice from the Joint Committee for Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI).

Islanders who are planning on travelling abroad this summer are reminded that some places need proof of covid status, which may include vaccination records.
Vaccination entry requirements can differ from Jersey’s fully vaccinated status, those who have not completed their vaccination schedule may wish to use the Rock-Up clinics as another opportunity to avoid any potential problems at borders during their travel.
Head of the Vaccination Programme, Emma Baker, said: “We are pleased that we are able to offer islanders to rock-up for their vaccine once again. We saw how popular they were initially, and it is encouraging to see Islanders young and old taking the opportunity to protect themselves and others.
“Keeping up to date with your vaccine schedule is important and, in some countries, it is a requirement to travel. I urge those over the age of five who haven’t yet had their first covid-19 vaccine or are due a second or third dose to take advantage of these rock-up clinics and give yourself the best protection over the summer. Your vaccine is waiting for you.”
It comes as the number of covid cases is sharply rising in Jersey.

Since Thursday 23 June, there have been 1,313 new cases officially recorded and 762 recoveries.
There are 11 people with the virus in the hospital, nine in care homes and 1,492 recorded overall across the island.
The Government state that they are aware that the figures of positive covid-19 cases in the community may not accurately reflect the full amount of active cases. They are encouraging anyone with covid-19 symptoms or a positive lateral flow test to stay at home and book a PCR test.
A spokesperson explained: “This is particularly important for islanders who are planning to travel within 28 days of covid-19 infection as a pre-departure PCR may still show a positive PCR result.
"Recovery certificates are only issued for Islanders who test positive via PCR.”
