A Jersey Reds player will have to wait a week to find out his sentence for getting behind the wheel during a driving ban.
Samoa international Fautua Otto, 31, has pleaded guilty to two charges – driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance.
In the Magistrate's Court this morning, his case was adjourned until September 26th.
He was spotted driving on the wrong side of the road in Bath Street at around 1.30am. Background checks revealed he had been banned from driving in December.
Mr Otto, who plays centre for the Reds, scored 13 tries in 35 games for Bristol between 2011 and 2013 and was signed up by the Jersey side in February last year.
