Just over £25 million worth of taxpayer-owned properties have been sold off since 2011.
The figures have been revealed in response to an Freedom of Information Law request, identifying the 197 transactions that have been listed in the last five years.
The property sold ranges from small areas housing infrastructure such as pumping stations for as little as £300, all the way up to the former Jersey College for Girls site, sold for £1.5 million.
The old JCG site is now being redeveloped by the States of Jersey Development Company for housing - that work is expected to be completed by the autumn of 2018. The SOJDC website says that half of the 107 units have already been sold.
